Decreto 2120 de 2003 · por el cual se promulga la "Convención sobre la Protección Física de los Materiales Nucleares", firmada en Viena y Nueva York el 3 de marzo de 1980.

La presente Convención entrará en vigor el trigésimo día a partir de la fecha de depósito del vigésimo primer instrumento de ratificación, aceptación o aprobación, en poder del depositario.

Para cada uno de los Estados que ratifiquen, acepten o aprueben la presente Convención o se adhieran a ella después de la fecha de depósito del vigésimo primer instrumento de ratificación, aceptación o aprobación, la presente Convención entrará en vigor el trigésimo día a partir de la fecha en que dicho Estado haya depositado su instrumento de ratificación, aceptación, aprobación o adhesión.
