El área de los trabajos comprenderá sesenta metros desde el extremo sur del filo de los bajos hacia el Norte con una anchura de setenta metros de Oriente a Occidente, o sea, de más o menos, cuatro mil doscientos (4,200) metros cuadrados, área que se ha de profundizar en cuatro metros cincuenta centímetros, término medio; así se estima en diez y ocho mil novecientos (18,900) metros cúbicos el total de materia que debe removerse.
