° La junta exigirá de los damnificados beneficiados con auxilios por destrucción o averías de bienes inmuebles, las garantías que estime convenientes en orden a asegurar que las sumas que se les haya asignado, se empleen en la reconstrucción de las propiedades destruidas o averiadas, y vigilara el que los fondos correspondientes tengan esta especial aplicación.
