Una vez perfeccionado el contrato o contratos el Gobierno procederá a hacer entrega material de la zona o del sector contratado. La diligencia s4e realizará a costa del Ministerio de Minas y petróleos por el funcionario o funcionarios que éste designe, y de ella se extenderá un acta firmada ante testigos por los comisionados y el Contratista o su representante, cuyo original se agregará al respectivo expediente. La entrega se hará por riguroso inventario de los equipos de explotación, transporte y beneficio, y ella se entiende consumada en el momento en que sea firmada el acta.
