El empleador debe establecer y mantener un procedimiento con el fin de garantizar que se identifiquen y evalúen en las especificaciones relativas a las compras o adquisiciones de productos y servicios, las disposiciones relacionadas con el cumplimiento del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SG-SST) por parte de la empresa.
