Art 1°. El Establecimiento para los niños desamparados de que trata la lei 6 de 1879, es una persona jurídica para todos los efectos que se relacionen con el derecho de la Nacion. En consecuencia las consesiones que se le han hecho por la espresada lei 6.ª i las que se le hacen por la presente, se entienden hechas a una entidad de las que trata el titulo 36, libro 1.° del Código Civil de la Nacion.
