Los nuevos créditos que se otorguen a los pequeños productores que se acogieron al Programa de que trata el presente Decreto, podrán ser respaldados por el Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 28 de la Ley 16 de 1990 y en los términos que para este efecto fije la Comisión Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario.
