Corresponde Al Presidente: A) Presidir Las Sesiones De La Junta; B) Autorizar Con Su Firma Las Actas Y Demás Documentos Que De Ella Emanen, Y C) Decidir Con Su Voto Cuando Se Presentare Empate En Las Votaciones De La Junta Directiva

Corresponde al Presidente

Presidir las sesiones de la Junta;

Autorizar con su firma las Actas y demás documentos que de ella emanen, y
