Art. 681. En los edificios que se construyan a los costados de calles o plazas, no podrá haber, hasta la altura de tres metros, ventanas, balcones, miradores u otras obras que salgan más de medio decímetro fuera del plano vertical del lindero; ni podrá haberlos más arriba que salgan del dicho plano vertical sino hasta la distancia horizontal de tres decímetros.

Las disposiciones de este artículo se aplicarán a las reconstrucciones de dichos edificios.
