Cuando los socios pasen de mil, la Asamblea General será sustituida por una Asamblea de Delegados elegidos en Juntas electorales de Secciones o Distritos, en las condiciones que determinen los estatutos, Igual procedimiento pueden adoptar los estatutos para la representación de los socios que residan en localidades distintas del lugar de la Asamblea General.
