El pago de las cuotas proporcionales por las obras deberá realizarse dentro de los plazos señalados por la resolución de asignación. Si los organismos ejecutores lo consideran conveniente, podrán igualmente recibir del obligado tierras dentro del Distrito en dación de pago, para cubrir toda o parte de su respectiva cuota, previo su avalúo comercial por dos peritos del Instituto Geográfico Agustín Codazzi.
