Art. 9° Si la compañía del Ferrocarril y Telégrafo de Bolívar no aceptare la amortización de los bonos que se le han expedido en pago de la compra de dicho Ferrocarril, en los términos de la ley 87 de 1886 , sobre crédito público, los mencionados bonos se cubrirán conforme al contrato celebrado con el Sr. Salomón Koppel, en 30 de Enero de 1883 y aprobado por la ley 40 de 1884 , admitiéndose en el cinco por ciento (5%) de los derechos de importación.
