Las concesiones para estaciones de radiodifusión telefónica y estaciones de aficionados, ocasionaran los siguientes derechos, que fijara el Gobierno, según la categoría de la estación, de acuerdo con la potencia irradiada entre doscientos cincuenta pesos ($250) y cinco mil pesos ($5.000) anuales por cada transmisor, si se trata de estaciones de radiodifusión telefónica, y entre dos pesos ($2) y diez pesos ($10) anuales por cada transmisor, si se trata de estaciones de aficionados.
