º. El subsidio de alimentación para los funcionarios y empleados que devenguen asignaciones básicas hasta de veintitrés mil seiscientos pesos ($ 23.600) mensuales continuará reconociéndose y pagándose en cuantía de setecientos cincuenta pesos ($ 750) mensuales, pagaderos porlas respectivas entidades. No se tendrá derecho a este subsidio cuando el funcionario disfrute de vacaciones o se encuentre en uso de licencia.
