Representante de los jubilados del Congreso y de los empleados del Congreso. El representante de los jubilados del Congreso y de los empleados de la misma Corporación, en la Junta Directiva del Fondo de Previsión Social del Congreso de la República, serán designados con sus respectivos suplentes por el Presidente de la República para períodos de dos (2) años, el primero de los cuales se contará a partir de la fecha en que tome posesión del cargo el Director General del Fondo.
