El artículo 78 de la Ley 104 de 1993 tendrá un parágrafo del siguiente tenor:

"A los funcionarios de que trata el presente artículo les son exigibles las mismas prohibiciones, y aplicables las mismas inhabilidades e incompatibilidades de los servidores públicos dispuestas en la Ley 200 de 1991".
