Artículo vigésimo. La asistencia técnica para el mercadeo de productos químicos para la industria, la investigación o la docencia, ha de estar encomendada a profesionales químicos matriculados e ingenieros químicos, en concordancia con el artículo 4º de la Ley 18 de 1976.
