Desde la fecha de esta Ley en adelante corre, contra los bonos, títulos territoriales y demás documentos que dan ó puedan dar derecho al dominio ó adjudicación de terrenos baldíos, la prescripción que extingue las obligaciones en los plazos comunes que se señala en el Código Civil.
