El artículo 55 del Decreto 829 de 1984, quedará así: "Las Asociaciones Gremiales Agropecuarias podrán disolverse por decisión cuando menos de las dos terceras (2/3) partes de sus miembros adoptada en Asamblea General convocada especialmente para el efecto y, además, por las causales que se dispongan al efecto en los Estatutos. Las directivas de la Asociación deberán dar aviso de la Asamblea al Ministerio de Agricultura, con una anticipación de quince (15) días al de la fecha de su celebración".
