Para dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el inciso 4° del artículo 141 del presente decreto, se deberá iniciar la notificación por aviso en el sitio web de la Unidad Administrativa Especial Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la expedición del acto administrativo, insertando la parte resolutiva, por el término de diez (10) días con la advertencia de que la notificación se considerará surtida al finalizar el día siguiente hábil al retiro del aviso.
