Art. 15. La Junta de Inspeccion i Gobierno podrá permitir la habilitacion de cursos a los alumnos de la Universidad, en cualquier tiempo i por causas graves que la misma Junta calificará, previos los informes de los respectivos Catedráticos i del Rector de la escuela.
