Cuando el fondo de reserva alcance los limites señalados, será facultativo distribuir en otros fondos la cuota destinada a su formación, según lo dispongan los estatutos o según lo acuerde la Asamblea General.

Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto anteriormente, la Asamblea Genera tendrá derecho n constituir fondos de reserva especiales cuando así lo requiera lo consolidación de la empresa o para el mejor éxito de la cooperativa.
