El Poder Ejecutivo distribuirá las precedentes sumas por departamentos, capítulos, artículos y parágrafos, conforme á los cuadros anexos al proyecto de ley "Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos para el servicio económico de 1883 á 1884" que fue presentado por el mismo Poder Ejecutivo al abrirse las sesiones ordinarias del Congreso en el presente año; y dichos cuadros se tendrán como incorporados en el texto de la presente ley, guardándose las debidas proporciones.
