Corresponde a la División de Operación Empresarial desarrollar las siguientes funciones

a)

Dirigir y supervisar los estudios sobre tarifas para los servicios de electrificación;

b)

Evaluar con la Oficina de Planeación los estudios de factibilidad que adelanten las empresas de electricidad y comprobar que se ajusten al plan nacional de electrificación. UNIDADES DE COORDINACIÓN Y DECISION DE ASUNTOS ESPECIALES.
