Plazo . El plazo de la importación temporal será por el término de vigencia del contrato de alquiler o arrendamiento. Este plazo podrá ser prorrogado, conforme a lo que pacten las partes del contrato. Acto seguido se debe presentar y aceptar la renovación de la garantía; en caso contrario queda sin efecto la prórroga. En la declaración aduanera de importación temporal se debe señalar el término de permanencia de la mercancía en el Territorio Aduanero Nacional.
