Artículo quince. Los estudiantes no colombianos con diplomas de bachiller otorgado en el exterior y registrado en el Ministerio de Educación Nacional, se sujetarán a las normas de esta Resolución; solo serán eximidos de estos exámenes los bachilleres extranjeros con cuyo país haya convenio especial al respecto.
