La Corte aplicará, en los casos de infracción a que se refiere el inciso anterior, cualquiera de las siguientes sanciones, según la gravedad de la infracción cometida y sin perjuicio de las demás penas que establezcan las leyes:

Multa de quinientos pesos ($ 500) a diez mil pesos ($ 10.000)

Pérdida del empleo.

Si la Corte, al adelantar una investigación, estimare en cualquier momento que hay hechos graves suficientemente probados contra el Registrador que justificaren el suspenderlo inmediatamente en el ejercicio de su cargo, procederá a decretar dicha suspensión.
