Articulo 4º La Junta Directiva de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, industrial y Minero, reglamentará el otorgamiento de los préstamos a que se refiere el presente Decreto, y especialmente creará comisiones encargadas de calificar previamente la condición de damnificados de los solicitantes, que los haga merecedores a este régimen excepcional.
