Artículo diez y seis. Queda absolutamente prohibida la enseñanza particular de la optometría, fuera de los institutos o Facultades reconocidos por el Estado. A quien se le comprobare haber violado la presente prohibición, se le cancelará definitivamente su título o licencia y se le aplicará la sanción máxima de que trata el númeral h), del artículo primero, del Decreto extraordinario número 124 del año en curso.
