El Gobierno rendirá al Congreso informe acerca de la manera como ejerció las facultades, y lo hará dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la expedición del Código, si estuviere reunido el Congreso, o dentro de los treinta primeros días de las próximas sesiones ordinarias.
