º . Plantaciones Forestales y/o Sistemas Agroforestales de carácter productor no registrados. Las plantaciones forestales y/o sistemas agroforestales no registrados antes de la entrada en vigencia de la Ley 1021 de 2006, deberán registrarse ante el Instituto Colombiano Agropecuario, ICA, en un plazo de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto. En todo caso, el registro deberá hacerse siempre con anterioridad al transporte de los productos obtenidos de dichas plantaciones forestales y/o sistemas agroforestales.
