Artículo único . Apruébase la elevación del capital social de la Compañía Nacional de Navegación a la suma de $ 4.000.000.00, o sea en $ 1.000.000.00 más, dividido en acciones de valor nominal de $ 100.00 cada una, acordada por la Asamblea General de Accionistas de dicha empresa en sesión extraordinaria del 16 de enero del corriente año. El presente Decreto regirá desde su fecha. Comuníquese y publíquese.
