Art. 3° En lo sucesivo, y como está establecido, antes de ser llamado un Jefe ú Oficial al servicio activo, el Estado Mayor general informará al Ministerio si el Jefe ú Oficial candidato ha comprobado ante la Comisión de Escalafón estar bien conferido el empleo ó grado que dice tener.
