Artículo único. El Poder Ejecutivo prescindirá del plazo señalado al señor Francisco J. Cisnéros por el artículo 1.° del contrato adicional al de 30 de abril de 1878, i lo llevará a efecto inmediato, una ves que sean aceptadas por dicho señor Cisnéros, o sus representantes legales, las modificaciones introducidas por la lei 28 de 29 de mayo del corriente año, aprobatoria de dicho contrato.
