COLABORACIÓN DE LOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS PARA EL CENSO NACIONAL DE POBLACIÓN Y DE VIVIENDA. Los servidores públicos de todos los órdenes, sin exceder los parámetros de su manual de funciones, y actuando siempre dentro del ámbito de sus competencias y la misión de la entidad a la cual están vinculados prestarán total colaboración para el pleno desarrollo del Censo Nacional de Población y de Vivienda, otorgándole tratamiento excepcional y prioritario de ser necesario.
