El Gobierno apropiará en el Presupuesto de las próximas vigencias las partidas necesarias para el pago del aumento de sueldos que ordena esta Ley. Si el Presupuesto del año próximo fuere aprobado antes de ser expedida la presente Ley, el Gobierno queda autorizado para arbitrar los recursos necesarios para el estricto cumplimiento de esta Ley.
