Articulo 69. cédese la renta de degüello á aquellos Municipios de la intendencia de Casanare que carezcan de rentas propias suficientes para sus gastos comunes. El Intendente recogerá los datos necesarios y determinará por decreto especial cuales Distritos tienen derecho a la cesión.
