Tránsito intermunicipal e interdepartamental. El Gobernador del Departamento, los Alcaldes de los respectivos Municipios y las autoridades competentes de los órdenes Nacional, Departamental y Municipal, tomarán las medidas necesarias a fin de garantizar que durante el día de elecciones no se interrumpa el tránsito interdepartamental y el tránsito entre aquellos municipios en donde no se realicen elecciones.
