ARTICULO 7o. Enajenación de Bienes. -Como consecuencia de la liquidación se enajenarán los equipos y los demás bienes de propiedad de la entidad. Las operaciones de enajenación de los bienes de la entidad se efectuarán con criterio estrictamente comercial. Las obligaciones contraídas por la entidad se cancelarán con el producto de las enajenaciones que se realicen. Una vez concluida la liquidación de la entidad, todos sus derechos y obligaciones pasarán a la Nación - Ministerio de Comunicaciones. CAPITULO II DEL REGIMEN LABORAL DISPOSICIONES GENERALES
