Los Registradores de instrumentos públicos y privados sólo tendrán derecho a exigir el cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) de los emolumentos que la ley les señala, cuando se trate de registro de documentos en que se hagan constar operaciones con prenda agraria o industrial, de valor menor de mil pesos ($ 1,000), otorgadas por la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, las sociedades seccionales de crédito y las cooperativas de crédito legalmente constituidas. Los documentos a favor de las nombradas entidades tendrán prelación para su registro.
