Reservas. De acuerdo con las políticas y criterios señalados por el Consejo Nacional de Política Económica y Social, Conpes, la Junta Directiva al hacer la aplicación y distribución de utilidades, apropiará las partidas adecuadas para la formación de las provisiones o fondos de reserva que la Ley determine y de los que estime necesarias para la buena marcha de la Empresa.
