Fecha de la iniciación de la investigación disciplinaria. El Secretario Ejecutivo iniciará la investigación disciplinaria al día siguiente de ordenarlo la Junta con la expedición del auto de que trata el artículo anterior. El Secretario Ejecutivo puede comisionar, bajo su responsabilidad, a un funcionario de la Oficina Seccional de Escalafón para que adelante las diligencias correspondientes.
