El Contralor General de la Republica ejercerá la vigilancia fiscal del Fondo a través de la auditoria del Ministerio de Gobierno. La Contraloría dictará un reglamento fiscal para el fondo, acorde con la naturaleza de las operaciones del mismo y con el propósito de darle la debida agilidad Administrativa.
