Adiciónase el Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente artículo:
“Artículo 594-2. Ajuste al límite del patrimonio bruto para no declarar. El valor límite de patrimonio bruto del año gravable 1991, señalado como requisito para considerarse como contribuyente no declarante, en los artículos 592, 593 y 594-1, se duplicará para el año gravable de 1992”.
