La persona que a sabiendas presentare reclamación dolosa para obtener el reintegro o devolución de derechos por causa de exportación, o a sabiendas hiciere o presentare declaración, certificado o documento falso con el fin de obtener para sí o para otros el reintegro, rebaja o devolución de tales derechos, en cuantía mayor de la que legalmente corresponda, incurrirá en una multa hasta de cinco mil pesos ($5,000), y la mercancía a que se refiera la reclamación, declaración, papel, certificado o documento calificado de falso, quedará sujeta a secuestro. Si la mercancía en cuestión hubiere ya salido del país, se impondrá al culpable una multa igual al valor de esa mercancía. Vigente desde: 19/06/1931 y hasta el: 25/10/1984
