Cuotas partes pensionales. Las cuotas partes de bonos pensionales que le corresponderían a Corporanónimas en liquidación; por cobrar y por pagar a entidades previsionales, pasarán al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, Tesoro Nacional, Oficina de Bonos Pensionales, para su cobro y pago. El pago y cobro de las cuotas partes correspondientes a pensiones reconocidas por Corporanónimas o a reconocer por las Superintendencias respectivas, con posterioridad al 1° de abril de 1994, serán trasladadas a estas últimas.
