En ningún caso las pensiones plenas de jubilación o de invalidez consagradas legalmente a favor de los trabajadores particulares, serán inferiores al salario mínimo legal más alto, vigente en la capital de la República, que es actualmente de catorce pesos ($ 14.00) moneda corriente, diarios, o cuatrocientos veinte pesos ($ 420.00) moneda corriente, mensuales, ni serán superiores a la suma de seis mil pesos ($ 6.000.00) moneda corriente.
