Los aportes financieros que el presupuesto Nacional les asigne a los institutos docentes, oficiales o privados de educación superior, serán girados directamente a dichas instituciones por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional. En los acuerdos de obligaciones y en los acuerdos de gastos del ministerio de Educación se incluirán con este fin, las partidas presupuestales correspondientes.
