La persona o personas que se dijeren herederos o representantes legales de un colombiano muerto ab intestato en el Exterior y pretendieren la entrega de los bienes de la sucesión, deberán comprobar previamente por sí o por medio de apoderado, ante el respectivo Cónsul, su personería, mediante la presentación de la copia de la providencia que los autorice para recibir aquéllos, y del poder en que conste la representación, si fuere el caso.
