º De acuerdo con lo establecido por el artículo 15 de la Ley 55 de 1985, 8.5 puntos del gravamen creado por dicha ley, ingresarán al Fondo de Fomento Cinematográfico. Créase una cuenta especial denominada Fondo de Desarrollo Cinematográfico, a la cual ingresarán los restantes 7.5 puntos. Esta cuenta será administrada por la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico, Focine, y a ella ingresarán también los rendimientos financieros originados en la inversión de sus recursos.
